Flashback Friday: Travel Time

Welcome to another Flashback Friday!!  Today we travel back to 2003 for the fun stamp set called Travel Time.  I thought this was an appropriate set for this week.  It is Stampin' Up!'s convention this week so a lot of demonstrators are traveling.  Here's what the set looks like.

I made a CAS card (clean and simple) with this set.  I have been doing more of the clean look lately, it brings this set a more modern look.

The card is very simple, Whisper White card stock and neutral inks.  Here's the details:

1.  Card base is Whisper White.  I stamped the map and suitcase in Crumb Cake .  Stamped the sentiments in Basic Gray.

2.  Stamped the card on Glossy White card stock (boy do I wish this paper was not retired) with StazOn Black ink.  Color was added with markers and blender pen.  I fussy cut the car and added it to the card with dimensionals.

That's it!! A CAS card to modernize this set from 10 years ago.  Thanks for flashing back with me today.  Check back tomorrow for my Saturday Challenge card for Create with Connie and Mary.

If it doesn't move...stamp it!!

I love your flashback Fridays!!! I think more people should do these, but if they are like me it is so hard to fit it in when you are trying to showcase the new product. I keep all my stamps, so it is nice to see your wonderful designs. Keep up the flashbacks, I love your cards!!
