A Pennant Parade Halloween

As you already know, I LOVE the Pennant Parade stamp set and coordinating punch Petite Pennants Builder.  So you know I had to do a Halloween card using them!!  This card came together quickly using just the punch, a couple of small circle punches,  the web from Wicked Cool and Sweet Shoppe Lower Alphabet.

I had just as much fun editing this picture as I did creating the card!  It was fun changing things up a little!  This card is a 3x6 which I don't do very often, but thought it worked well for a banner card.  I hope you like it!
