A Jar of Flowers for the Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge

Happy Monday!  It's time for a new sketch for Technostamper's Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge.  This is our sketch this week.

I sat and thought about the sketch a little.  Almost went with my latest favorite stamp set Secret Garden.  But I decided to give that set a break and do something different.  Here's what I came up with.

I got the new new Spring Surprise Bundle with the stamp set A Round Array and matching punch.  I have yet to use it, so I thought now is the time!  I used DSP from Sunshine and Sprinkles in the Spring Catalog.  The base of the card is Crumb Cake with a layer of the DSP that has horizontal stripes like the sketch.  I did the banner in the green DSP since I wasn't planning on adding leaves and this color would bring out the flowers stems.

The flowers are from A Round Array.  The center flower is done in Tangerine Tango then punched out and attached with a dimensional.  The other two flowers are stamped in Daffodil Delight from A Round Array, then I added the small flower from Perfectly Preserved in Tangerine Tango.  The jar also came form Perfectly Preserved.  I sponged a little bit of Pool Party ink in the jar for water.  I have to say that this jar with flowers would have been wonky if it wasn't for the Stamp-a-majig.  I used it to stamp the jar in my oval, the stems in the jar, and the small Tangerine flowers in the larger yellow flowers.  The last touch is the greeting stamped in Tangerine Tango with Itty Bitty Banners and die cut with the matching framelit.
I think this turned out really cute and was glad I gave Secret Garden a little break and tried something new.  The Spring Surprise Bundle is currently available, just click on the link below to go to my Demonstrator Website and shop from home!  To see the PDF with all the details about the bundle, click HERE.
