I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do with this for a fall look, I have been into Halloween and Christmas cards lately. So I went with an older retired DSP called Autumn Vine as my starting point. Here's the card I made.
I have been wanting to use Perfect Blend but hadn't gotten around to it yet, so I thought it would be perfect for a fall card. Here's the details.
1. Used Chocolate Chip as my card base. Stamped sploches from Gorgeous Grundge with Early Espresso on it.
2. Added two layers of DSP from Autumn Vine . The layer under the banner has small polka dots that didn't show in this picture. I made the banner for the top layer of DSP using my Hexagon punch.
3. Stamped the coffee cup three times. One on Very Vanilla, one on the polka dot DSP and one on a third design of DSP. I cut out the first coffee cup as my base. Added the greeting and cut out the center for the mug. Lastly, cut out the lid of the cup. All the layers of the cup were glued in place with Tombow Multi-purpose glue.
And that's it! The fall coffee grunge card is complete! I hope you will join the challenge with me this week. Just go to Try Stampin' On Tuesday for all the details and to see the cards made by the other Design Team Members.
Thanks for stopping by!!
If it doesn't move...stamp it!!
