Tutorial: Double Embossing

Today I have the tutorial to share that goes with the tag box I did a week or so ago.   I made another little treat box using the paper I made for the tutorial, this time with a Christmas theme.

Double embossing is a great way to add depth and elegance to a project.  It's an easy process too.  I usually make a bunch at one time to have for projects at a later date.

SUPPLIES:

Embossing Folder

Big Shot

Brayer

Embossing Buddy

Embossing Powder  (I used clear for this tutorial)

Vera Mark or Embossing Ink Pad

Card stock cut to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

Make sure you cover the entire paper well so all areas will emboss evenly.  I set up four papers then emboss and repeat the process if I need more.  Be careful when handling the paper so you don't disturb the placement of the powder.

I hope you will give this great technique a try.  Especially for Christmas projects, the Real Red card stock with Clear embossing powder is so beautiful!

Thanks so much for stopping by.  Please feel free to ask questions if anything needs clarification for you.

The original tag box with tutorial can be found HERE.

If it doesn't move...stamp it!!
