A Floral Anniversary

Monday's here and so is this week's sketch challenge from Technostamper.  Here's a look at the sketch Mary Jo has for us.

I have been using So Very Grateful and Hardwood quite a bit lately, I just love the combo of the two. I initially thought about using Petal Parade for today's card, but the floral stamp from So Very Grateful was perfect for this sketch.

The card base is Crumb Cake with a second layer of Crumb Cake with Hardwood stamped in Soft Suede.

The flowers were stamped with StazOn Black Ink and colored with a blender pen and ink pads.  I added in a couple small pearls as a finishing touch.

The last two elements are very simple.  First is a piece of Marina Mist embossed with the Woodgrain EF.  Over that is Pear Pizzaz card stock with the sentiment from Express Yourself stamped with Old Olive.  And that's it!  A few elements produced a really beautiful floral card.

Now it's your turn!  Pull out your stamps and join us!  You can find all the details about the challenge and more great cards at Technostamper.
