Thanks a Ton!!

As promised I am sharing Oh, Whale! cards this week, the first being a thank you card.  I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do, then I looked at the Sycamore Street DSP and noticed the Pool Party swirled paper and immediately thought about waves.  So, here is what I came up with.

The base of the card is Whisper White with Island Indigo matting for the DSP.  The whale is die cut from Pool Party CS with a Rhinestone jewel eye.  This is a very simple card, but I was very pleased with the look.  The Indigo Island is embossed with the new Cloudy Day EF from the Spring Catalog.  The clouds were lightly sponged with white craft ink to make them stand out, in fact you couldn't see the embossed clouds on the Indigo CS without the sponging.  Lastly I added a simple greeting using the Bitty Banners framelits.
