It's a shadowbox card!! How fun is this cute card! This was a simple to make, just a few elements. I used Up, Up and Away stamp set. The balloons were hand cut and attached with dimensionals. The window of the card is a Labels Framelit, looks cloud-like, which goes well with this card design. I punched out a cupcake top from the Cupcake Builder punch and used the negative space to sponge clouds onto the Bashful Blue card stock with White Craft ink. I stamped birds in StazOn black after the clouds dried. The greeting is from Itty Bitty Banners and die cut with the matching framelit. And that's it!! Here's a side view to show the dimension to the card.

part of Stampin' Ups! 25-year anniversary celebration, they're
bringing back some of their favorite stamp images from the last quarter
century and combining them into 12 sets, which will be released - one
set per month - during 2013. Even better, along with some great
classic images, each "Best of" set will also include a never before
seen image! Check back each month to see the new Best of stamp sets.
Some things to remember:
- All Best of stamp sets will include 3-5 images, including a never-before seen image, and will be priced at $14.95.
