I have been into Halloween cards lately, but theses colors need a Thanksgiving card. I haven't gotten any new Thanksgiving sets yet, so I went with punch art and simplicity.
This is most definitely a clean and simple card! I wanted the wreath to take center stage, so I went with a simple Whisper White base card. Here's the details:
1. Paper pierced the shape of the largest framelit from Apothecary Accents to frame the wreath.
2. Made the wreath using the leaf from the Bird Builder Punch. I punched out a bunch of each color of card stock so the building process would go faster. I put just a dab of Multi Purpose Mono Adhesive glue on the back of each leaf and started layering on the card stock ring I made using Circle framelits. This is the first wreath like this that I've done and the process wasn't as long as I expected it to be. The wreath is attached with dimensionals to make it pop a little.
3. Stamped Happy Thanksgiving from Teeny Tiny Wishes in Tangerine Tango and backed it with Chocolate Chip. It is adhered directly to the card stock.
That's it! Clean and simple! I really do enjoy doing this genre of cards, especially with these beautiful bold colors against white!
