Have you notice that I'm a bit obsessed with the MINI TREAT BAG cards??? I think this is the third one this week....but they are just so fun to create!
I thought it would be cool to have a scene inside the treat bag that you can see through the window. I used vellum card stock to show a little preview of what's inside. If you look closely you can see the shadow of the tree through the window.
The brick wall paper from the HALLOWEEN NIGHT DSP was the perfect design for the card. I kept the outside pretty simple with just a few pumpkins and a sentiment. The real fun is inside!
Instead of ribbon or some sort of tab, I used the moon and witch to pull the card out....way too fun! That little gem of an idea came at the very last minute as I was looking for one more element to finish off the card.
With the coordinating die cuts, this all came together so easily! I only had to add a little bit of stamping...this really only took me about 25 minutes or so from start to finish! My favorite die cut from this is the spooky tree....it really sold me on this bundle. What do you think? Do you prefer stamps that have a coordinating set of die cuts?
I hope you enjoyed this tidbit of Halloween inspiration today! Tomorrow I will have a fall idea for you as will the rest of the Create with Connie and Mary Design Team for our regular Saturday Blog Hop.
