A Birthday Treat

Now, on to the treat I am sharing with you today.  I made a cute little box with the new Fry Box die cut.

Isn't this just too fun?!  I was inspired to make this box to try out the polka dot decorative mask.  I thought it would be a great embellishment for a fry box.  This came together easily and would be something you could do a bunch of for a party favor or gift.

I die cut a piece of Bermuda Bay.  Then used a sponge dauber and polka dot decorative mask to put Bermuda Bay polka dots all over the box before assembling.  I added the cute little cupcake from Cupcake Party.  The sentiment is from that set as well.

For the treat inside, I put three Ghirardelli Chocolate squares in a small cello and tied it with Strawberry Slush Thick Baker's Twine.

There are so many great possibilities for this great die cut, you should give it a try!

Fry Box Thank You

Well, it's the last day of Preview Week for the Create with Connie and Mary Summer Session.  I have had a ton of fun sharing cards made with new stamps.  Today I have a 3D item to share, a Thank You gift made with the new Fry Box Bigz Die.

This is such a fun die cut!  The box comes together in a flash!!  Perfect little container for giving treats or a small gift.  I added a container of buttons, this would be a great hostess gift! 

I used the new Kraft 12x12 card stock, it's a little heavier than regular card stock and is perfect for this box.

Once the box was cut, I used Crumb Cake ink and stamped flowers from the hostess set Bloom with Hope.  After assembling the box, I simply added a flower that was colored with Blendabilities and cut out.  A couple leaves from the Bird Punch and a sentiment.
